On being instructed we match your property to our applicant database and begin a telephone campaign to arrange viewings. All viewers will receive a telephone call the following day to obtain constructive feedback which will then be relayed immediately back to you.

As soon as your property is placed on the market, we will contact you as the vendor to ensure that you are happy with our service and the progress being made to sell your home. We will then contact you on a regular basis to discuss with you the continued marketing of your home, which will be based on internet data and our marketing cycle. When we achieve a sale, we will contact you weekly to keep you updated with the progress of the sale and will continue to do so until exchange of contracts.
Before viewings, potential buyers are validated as thoroughly as possible so that we can discuss their ability to purchase your home. If requested, viewings can be accompanied during office hours by a member of staff, whenever possible. We then follow up every viewing to enable us to give you constructive feedback. If we are unable to contact your viewer you will be informed that we have left messages for them.
When a potential purchaser is found they will be invited into the office to make their offer to enable us to thoroughly check they are in a position to proceed and to ensure that your sale does not fall through due to lack of funds. This gives vendors peace of mind when looking for their next property.
Once your sale is agreed
Once a buyer for your property is found, a target exchange date will be agreed by both parties and the sale monitored on a regular weekly basis to ensure that you are kept fully informed each step of the way.
